Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using this site and before registering and activating your account. By accessing or using this site or by activating your account, you agree to be bound and obligated by this agreement. You must not use this website, if you have any objection to any of these terms of use (agreement).

When registering and by activating your account with us, you confirm and declare as follows:

  1. that you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement; and
  2. that you are at least 18 years old.

We offer, through this site, a platform that will centralize information, allowing clients to request services. The goal of the platform is to consolidate all information and services in order to help individuals, who have been victims of online fraud, to increase their chances of recovering their funds.

Use of Information and Services

All of the information (including, without limitation, advice, guidance, electronic correspondence and recommendations) and services (including, without limitation, answering questions, gathering information, issuing correspondence, etc.) on the site are neither legal nor technological nor financial advice, nor a substitute for professional legal or financial advice and/or services.
  2. These information and services are not intended to and do not replace any professional opinion regarding any legal or financial problem you may have, nor do they offer nor replace any services provided by any law enforcement authorities or any other authorities.
  3. Using this site is done with the knowledge and understanding that neither we nor any of our suppliers are engaged in rendering legal, financial, and/or banking services or advice.
  4. Your use of the site is subject to additional disclaimers and caveats that may appear throughout the site.

The Services

  1. We offer the following services:
    • Access to the platform. A representative will contact you by phone to assist in collecting all necessary documents, analyze the case together, and offer services that can help you.
      Delivery time: 14 to 30 business days.
    • Blockchain Analysis. Analyzing the blockchain for the client. We can track crypto transfers (using a third-party database).
      Delivery time: 14 to 30 business days.
    • TrackMaster. A tracking service that can develop a link to gather information about a device.
      Delivery time: 14 to 30 business days.
    • Web Intelligence. Internet research on the entity that committed the fraud.
      Delivery time: 14 to 30 business days.
    • Correspondence. Providing correspondence services with third parties involved in each of the investigations we conduct.
      Delivery time: 14 to 30 business days.
  2. Our services do NOT include handling your money. If we locate your money, our services do NOT include physically retrieving your money, although we may help in convincing third parties to return your money to you.

Payment and Billing

  1. All payments for all services are done through this site, in advance, according to the services requested by the client.
  2. Each client will be billed according to the payment arrangement undertaken and agreed to by the client.
  3. For each service you order from us and pay for, you may inform us in writing, within 14 days of making such payment, that you are no longer interested in our performing said service. If we already started performing this service, we will not refund your money. If we are yet to start performing this service at the time of your notice, we will refund your payment for such service.
  4. To stop your service, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to support@refundity.com.

Disclaimer of Warranty

WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTY ANY RESULTS ARISING FROM USING THIS SITE AND/OR ITS CONTENTS AND/OR ANY MATERIALS OR SERVICES FOUND ON IT OR PROVIDED THROUGH IT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of website visitors and do not share personally identifiable information with third parties without your prior consent.

Miscellaneous

This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the site shall be solely governed by and solely construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.

Any legal action or proceeding between us and you shall be brought exclusively before the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Tel Aviv, Israel.
